Overview

Amundsen Davis represented an insurance company for an alleged violation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act related to an environmental clean-up after a rear end collision. We successfully removed the matter to federal court using federal question jurisdiction.  We sent correspondence outlining relevant FMCSA provisions and demanded that the matter be dismissed. Amundsen Davis obtained the voluntary dismissal before the pretrial conference occurred.
