Litigator Jack Walsh Joins SmithAmundsen in St. Louis

Attorney John T. “Jack” Walsh has joined the firm as a partner in St. Louis, Mo. Jack brings more than two decades of legal experience to SmithAmundsen’s thriving St. Louis office.

Jack’s commercial litigation practice focuses on resolving financial and business disputes between individuals and businesses. Additionally, he helps clients resolve matters involving product liability, ERISA, construction and securities arbitration. He represents both insured and self-insured clients. He also works with businesses to resolve intellectual property cases involving patents, trademarks, trade dress and copyrights. Jack is routinely sought after by architects in malpractice and construction disputes. He is also capable of managing cases involving financial institutions and organizations in the health care industry.

Jack received his B.A. from Carleton College and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
