Connie Lindman, partner and adjunct professor at Indiana University McKinney School of Law, spoke on a panel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam as a part of Indiana University’s (IU) and the Vietnam National University’s (VNU) conference on the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Connie discussed geographical indications of trademarks as part of the "Trademark, Patents, Biologics, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets" panel during the conference.

Professor Xuan-Thao Nguyed, the director of IU McKinney's Center for Intellectual Property Law and Innovation, discusses how the conference is the first time 12 legal professionals from different law schools throughout the U.S. have worked together to examine the Intellectual Property Chapter in the TPP and Vietnam’s IP law.
