Donning and Doffing Liabilities in Light of the New U.S. Supreme Court Caselaw

Do your employers wear uniforms or protective gear? If so, the Tyson Foods, Inc. v. Bouaphakeo case determined that employers have to compensate employees for time spent "donning and doffing" clothing in some situations. This will allow plaintiffs to more easily prove damages in compensation cases. Jeff Risch and Sara Zorich will explain which circumstances might be compensable under the Fair Labor Standards Act, review the Tyson Foods, Inc. case and talk about how to communicate workplace policies.
