Our Rockford office opened in 1992 and, since then we have served on boards and been actively involved in organizations that are making a real difference in the community while grooming new leaders, including the Rockford Chamber of Commerce and Transform Rockford. Whether we are cheering on the Ice Hogs in Hog Heaven, relaxing on a historic downtown rooftop during a “Raise the Roof” event, supporting the local agricultural community through donations for programs such as “Ag in the Classroom” and membership in local county Farm Bureaus, or working on a strategic plan to improve the community with Transform Rockford, we are committed to our hometown.
Our Rockford attorneys played a fundamental part in the recent downtown redevelopment by representing construction companies, redevelopers, landlords and tenants who have purchased, leased and redeveloped numerous downtown properties utilizing them as upscale retail and residential spaces. We are involved in Rockford’s resurgent residential housing market as members of the Greater Homebuilder’s Association of Rockford. We are also active members of the Friends of Ziock (FOZ) group and have participated in the group’s effort to transform one of Rockford’s largest downtown former factory buildings into a hotel.
Regardless of location, our Rockford attorneys collaborate seamlessly with other attorneys in the firm to ensure client matters are handled by the appropriate level of experience but also with an eye toward your budget and your goals.
