Litigation Associate – Construction (Chicago)

Medical Malpractice Attorney (Chicago)

SmithAmundsen LLC has an exciting opportunity for a medical malpractice attorney who wants to continue to develop his/her career with the Firm’s established Health Care practice group located in Chicago.  Applicant must have a minimum of 7 years of medical malpractice and trial experience. Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) is a must. Excellent lawyering skills, including written and oral communication, analysis, negotiation and advocacy, are also required.  Experience with supervising/mentoring junior attorneys and managing client communications is preferred.  Some local travel required.  Applicants with a portable book of business may be considered for lateral partner position. Litigation Associate - Labor and Employment (Indianapolis)

SmithAmundsen LLC seeks a Litigation Associate to join the Firm’s Indianapolis office. Candidate must be licensed in Indiana and have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including conducting research, drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, performing all aspects of oral and written discovery, and providing trial support.
