Litigation Associate (Milwaukee)

SmithAmundsen LLC seeks a Litigation Associate to join the Firm’s Milwaukee office. Candidate must be licensed in Wisconsin and have a minimum of 3 years experience in civil litigation. Associate - Medical Malpractice (Chicago)

Associate (Columbus, Ohio)

SmithAmundsen LLC seeks an associate attorney with at least 2-3 years of litigation experience to join their expanding Columbus, Ohio office. This position will be a ‘work from home’ one to start, and the ideal candidate will be highly-motivated and capable to “hit the ground running.” Required skills include experience in all phases of litigation: written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, pleadings, pre-trial matters, motion practice and trial. A self-starter, independent, motivated, client-focused and willing to put in the time to grow the expanding practice is required. Must be detail oriented and have excellent writing skills.

This is a great opportunity for someone to work from home (for now) while working with collegial colleagues and earning a competitive salary. This is a part-time position (estimate of 20 hours per week) with no benefits at this time.
