Be it a complex dispute between commercial entities, a dispute with a municipality over a zoning classification or a more simple issue with a neighboring property owner, Zach’s clients know their concerns will always be top of mind. He genuinely cares about their businesses and strives to solve the issues that keep his clients up at night.
Zach focuses his practice at the intersection of business and real estate. His clients know they can rely on him to provide a broad range of litigation services including real estate development, zoning, subdivision, construction, leasing, and municipal law. Zach’s clients include developers, homeowners associations, condominium owner associations, banks, contractors, subcontractors, and individual property owners.
Zach is also involved in the Downtown West and Downtown neighborhoods of the City of St. Louis, where he is a director of the Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District, the president of the 60 Plaza Square Community Improvement District, the president of his condominium owners association, and a long-time member of the Downtown Neighborhood Association. Zach also volunteers his time to help his neighborhood address some of the unique real estate issues that occur in dense, urban environments.
