Overview

Paul leaves no stone unturned, exploring every option to find the best result for his clients. Paul works with clients to identify their objectives and to find cost effective solutions to achieving their goals. Paul advises clients and helps navigate the litigation process from pre-litigation investigation and negotiations through trial. He offers an objective perspective regarding applicable law and its application to the facts of a case to help clients weigh the potential risks of continued litigation.

Paul has extensive litigation experience including serving as first chair in both jury and bench trials. He has experience representing business, both large and small, and individuals in a variety of matters. His experience includes litigating breach of contract, breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty, professional liability claims, environmental claims, bad faith, fraud, class actions, deceptive trade practices, deceptive and fraudulent business practices claims, and various real estate related claims. Paul also has experience litigating catastrophic personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, and all manners of common law tort claims. He represents clients in various industries including banking and finance, construction, insurance, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and transportation and logistics.

Paul assists clients with internal investigations including conducting internal audits, workplace investigations, and responding to internal and external investigations.
