Mark Wenzel chairs the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice. For more than 30 years, Mark has practiced law with integrity, respect and honesty. He provides counsel in the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial law. Mark represents creditors, debtors and investors in enforcement, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings regarding priority of liens, bankruptcy rights and duties, and competing real estate and tax claims. He handles cryptocurrency as an asset in bankruptcy cases and as collateral for loans.
