Jeff understands the big picture. The results of any case may have a long lasting impact on a client’s business or personal life. He doesn’t just grasp the facts and nuances of a case. He gets to know his clients’ businesses and personal objectives.
Jeff represents clients in the construction, professional services, and residential and commercial building industries, including owners and operators, property inspectors, and condominium associations. Many of his clients are facing issues arising out of negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, professional malpractice, and product liability.

- Obtained a defense verdict in a catastrophic personal injury case brought by a professional horse racing jockey who was injured when his horse fell during a race.
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice in favor of a condominium association and property manager in a case involving an alleged burst pipe, avoiding potential high six figure exposure.
- On the eve of trial, and just following the Court’s denial of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint against a condominium association client after the association opposed the motion in a brief and oral argument, Plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their case against the association. The respondent superior case, which claimed injuries arising out of an alleged battery by the association’s employee, was never refilled.
