Franco loves the law. Known to his clients as thoughtful and analytical, he enters every case with a deep understanding of both the law and his clients’ interests. He treats his clients with the upmost respect as he would a friend or family member.
As a member of the firm’s Commercial Transportation Practice Group, Franco defends businesses and individuals in general tort litigation, breach of contract, product liability, premises liability and more. He is fluent in Spanish and speaks conversational French.
Prior joining to SmithAmundsen, Franco successfully defended businesses and individuals in a variety cases, both in federal and state court, involving medical malpractice claims, Eighth Amendment claims, breach of contract claims, premises liability claims, products liability, and trucking liability.
