Aaron Bitterman

Aaron takes a pragmatic approach to law, crafting individual strategies for each case in order to achieve the desired results. 

Aaron is a litigator who represents clients from pre-suit inquiries and investigation, through all phases of discovery, and into mediation and trial. He has extensive experience participating in mediations as well as drafting and arguing substantive and dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment. He defends clients in insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract matters, injury defense and subrogation.

Outside the office, Aaron enjoys spending time outdoors, going to concerts and attending baseball games.
