The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Columbus named Michelle Casper as their 2016 Member of the Year. Every year, NAWBO Columbus awards a woman business owner who dedicates a great deal of time and dedication to furthering the mission of the organization. Along with Casper, four other members were nominated.

Through her leadership, Michelle has helped expand programming for the organization’s chapter to include national speakers and to increase member engagement. She leads a committee of 11 members, responsible for planning monthly lunch programs, meet-ups, and educational sessions.

“This was such a surprise and honor,” said Casper. “When I look around at the amazing women in this organization, I am humbled by the passion, knowledge, energy, and drive of every one of these women business owners. I consider myself privileged to be one of over 240 outstanding members of this NAWBO chapter.”
