Attorney Amanda Biondolino joins SmithAmundsen’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups in St. Louis. She is skilled at handling all aspects of civil defense litigation in State and Federal court, drafting pleadings, retaining experts, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements and preparing for trials.
Amanda’s experience includes litigating housing, employment and public accommodation discrimination claims and appeals in administrative and civil court, investigating and defending administrative charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC, HUD and MCHR, and drafting extensive grant application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, securing $125,000.00 of highly competitive funding to the MCHR. She has been practicing law for over four years as a human rights and insurance defense attorney, litigating cases in administrative and civil court.
