SmithAmundsen Opens St. Louis Office

SmithAmundsen LLC, a 128-lawyer firm headquartered in Chicago, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in St. Louis, Missouri. Brad Goss, a well-known member of the St. Louis legal community, will lead the office which opens today, October 1, 2010.

SmithAmundsen-St. Louis will serve the firm’s clientele with a mixture of both litigation and corporate/business services. The firm already serves the business community with legal professionals operating from its offices in Chicago, Rockford, St. Charles, and Woodstock, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Brad Goss has over 27 years’ experience in real estate development, zoning, subdivision, construction, leasing, finance, banking and municipal law. He has represented developers, homeowners associations, banks, contractors, subcontractors, and governmental entities including counties, cities, and special political subdivisions in a myriad of matters. Brad has been instrumental in the drafting and passage of legislation designed for complex mixed-use developments and special taxing districts. Brad received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, high honors, and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, magna cum laude.
