Lew R.C. Bricker, chairman of the firms Commercial Transportation Group, was quoted in the January 5, 2012 edition of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. In the article titled, "Public video cameras play larger role for attorneys in courtroom," Lew recounts one event where camera footage proved to be a significant element used in his case.
"In one case, a car turned left in front of my client's truck just before an accident, he said. "We asked our investigator to canvass the area businesses and found a looping surveillance tape. It showed in a form of stop action the car that turned left in front of my client, the light when she turned and the location of the vehicles at impact."
"The video was a critical piece of evidence for our case."
