Lew R.C. Bricker was included on the “BTI Client Service All-Stars 2012” list published by BTI Consulting, Inc. This is a distinction reserved for an elite group of attorneys whose clients recognize them by unprompted, unequivocal recommendation for delivering superior client service.
In a time of ever-increasing client expectations, the ability to provide superior client service and earning client loyalty is a competitive differentiator. Lew was nominated by a Fortune 1000 transportation service company for his exceptional understanding of the client’s business needs, outsized value, outstanding results, and legal skills. Only 272 attorneys across the country were named to the Client Service All-Star list.
BTI bases its findings on the more than 3,100 client interviews it has conducted over the last 11 years. For its 2012 survey, BTI interviewed 240 corporate counsel, representing 66.7% of the Fortune 1000 and Global 500 corporations. The average revenue of the participating companies is $13.1 billion. Participants represent a broad range of industries, including banking, chemicals, consumer goods, energy, financial services, high tech, insurance, investment banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, professional services, retail trade, telecommunications, transportation, and wholesale trade.
In December 2011, SmithAmundsen as a firm was included on the “BTI Client Service A-Team 2012” list which named just 306 law firms nationwide the best in client service.
“Client satisfaction has always been a key focus for the firm,” said Larry Schechtman, SmithAmundsen’s managing partner. “In an independent study in 2008, we found that 96% of our clients reported overall satisfaction with our work and would use us again in the future. It's nice to know that 4 years later, our clients still feel the same about our services.”
