“Fox Valley United Way offers a unique opportunity to serve the community as a whole by devoting time to this one broadly based organization,” Proscia said. “I’m pleased to be able to accept this position.”
A native Chicagoan who earned degrees from Eastern Illinois and Northern Illinois universities – she was awarded her JD from NIU, magna cum laude – Proscia served as assistant director of affirmative action and legal compliance in NIU’s human resources department, and later worked at another Midwestern law firm.
