Coach, Confront, Document and Discipline – Oh My!

Employees are a company’s most valuable resource; without an effective workforce, businesses cannot function efficiently and successfully.  High levels of employee performance are incumbent upon proper coaching, confronting and disciplining employees. Attendees will learn how to:

  • Approach an employee about problem behavior
  • Draft written discipline documents
  • Draft performance improvement plans
  • Investigate complaints and respond to those complaints
  • Discipline, reassign, or dismiss the person if the problem does not improve
