Julie Proscia in conjunction with EMSI, one of the Midwest’s leading Professional Employer Organizations, presented a webinar on "How to Conduct an Investigation," on May 5, 2010 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. There are two ways to prevent costly litigation. The first is to train managers and employees against abusive and/or discriminatory behavior. The second is to effectively and immediately take action when a complaint or incident occurs. This webinar taught supervisors and Human Resource managers the following:

- How to avoid the legal pitfalls of investigations
- What is and is not harassment, bullying, and illegal conduct
- How to guard against retaliation
