On June 28, 2012 the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), upholding the Individual Mandate. While the employer mandates were not affected by this decision, employers are still confused on what this ruling actually means for their businesses.

What will these rulings mean for Illinois employers? Rebecca Dobbs Bush presents a webinar addressing what parts of the law were upheld by the court and on what basis. It will also include information explaining what this decision means and does not mean for employers who sponsor health plans, and practical considerations that need to be addressed.

The webinar is preapproved to offer 1.5 HRCI credits. Click here for more information.
