Doing business in China is becoming a norm and necessary for American businesses as the Chinese economy has become the second largest in the world. At the same time, intellectual property transaction is transforming the world’s business as a whole due to the advances in consumer electronics, medicine, precision machinery and medical equipment.

During this 90-minute CLE program, Gary will provide a brief introduction on the different types of intellectual property protections (i.e., patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret) in China.
