2017 Business Law Legislative Update

Indianapolis has become a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship. With legislative changes on their way, new and existing businesses must stay on top of their game.

With the 2017 Session of the Indiana General Assembly closed, there are new laws to learn and understand. During this Indianapolis Bar Association seminar we will discuss key business legislation passed with emphasis on Senate Bill 443, which enacts provisions of the Uniform Business Organization Code. We will also guide attendees through the bill and let them know what they can expect now that it's passed.
