As a former general counsel of a large transportation company, Stacey understands what her clients are trying to accomplish. She knows first-hand the issues that come across their desk and her goal is to find creative and cost effective solutions to their legal problems. As general counsel, Stacey was involved in all aspects of intermodal transportation, including rail, real estate, corporate compliance and governance, employment, contract, and litigation matters. Her experience includes negotiating, drafting, and interpreting a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on regulatory matters, responding to complaints and citations and management in a wide variety of litigation matters.
Stacey represents clients in the transportation and logistics industry, assisting them with intermodal, regulatory, litigation, corporate, employment and contract matters. Stacey honed her writing skills as a journalism major, and whether it be a simple correspondence with a client or a legal brief, her clients appreciate her ability to frame complicated legal issues clearly.
When she's not in the office, Stacey enjoys travel, taking classes at the Indiana Writers Center and attending concerts of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
