Nicole’s eye for detail is an asset in her legal practice; it’s what sets her apart from other attorneys. Her clients are often involved in complex litigation and high-exposure cases and they appreciate her efforts to integrate their point of view when creating an effective litigation strategy.

Nicole serves clients in various industries, including retail and construction. As a member of the Professional Liability Practice Group, she defends architects, engineers, insurance professionals and attorneys. She was instrumental in developing an aggressive defense strategy in a complex AAA construction arbitration with $58 million of claims against her client. The case involved millions of pages of electronically stored information, several depositions and six weeks of hearings, but in the end Nicole’s team obtained a favorable result for their client.
