Today, he combines this unique perspective with an invaluable insight into how the plaintiff side operates to defend clients against litigation arising from premises liability and personal injury claims.
As a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Michael often defends clients facing issues such as bad faith and extracontractual claims related to insurance coverage, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
A passion for the law is a trait passed to Michael by his father and grandfather, both successful attorneys. Michael’s insightful and determined nature allow clients to trust they are in good hands.
