Kelly can always see the big picture. Prior to law school she was a municipal planner in Michigan for a township of 30,000 people. She helped lead a master planning process to create a 30 year vision and design focus for the township. She knows how to plan for long term and solve difficult problems, which benefits her clients when they come to her in crisis.
Kelly serves companies in the transportation and construction industries in the wake of catastrophic events and injuries. As a member of our Commercial Litigation Practice Group, she defends professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers, lawyers, insurance brokers and property managers against professional malpractice and liability matters.
