U.S. Patent Office

Attorney isn’t Dennis’ first job title; it’s his third. Prior to becoming an attorney he was not only a control systems engineer but also flew fighters and was an electronic warfare specialist for the U.S. Air Force. His unique background has proven invaluable to advancing the interests of his clients and providing unparalleled aerospace and patent counsel for nearly 15 years.

Dennis obtains, enforces and defends against intellectual property rights and regulatory compliance issues. His representations often involve corporations in the manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, electronics and software industries. He also represents aircraft owners, aviation businesses and pilots, including those facing enforcement actions before the Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board.

Dennis’ passion for the aerospace and aviation industries extends outside the office; he continues to pilot general aviation aircraft and historic WWII aircraft as a volunteer pilot for the Indiana Wing of the Commemorative Air Force.
