Ben knows that continuous learning and personal accountability are fundamental to achieving success. His knowledge is born of experience. For instance, prior to law school, while working for a business that specialized in developing and maintaining direct client relationships, Ben was once required to give a client advice that temporarily created an unsightly result. During this period, he remained responsible for managing the client relationship with candor and transparent communication. Such experiences fostered the abilities that make Ben the attorney he is today—one of personal accountability with a commitment to see the job through.
Ben has always been drawn to the pursuit and administration of justice and he is dedicated to protecting the rights and dignity of others. As a member of the firm's Construction Practice Group, Ben serves clients throughout the construction industry by defending them against personal injury claims, commercial contract and construction defect disputes, and property damage actions.
