Mary L. Rux

Director of Finance

Mary is the firm's Director of Finance and is based in our Chicago office. In her role, she supervises the accounting and billing departments and directs financial activities by establishing firm economic strategies, objectives, and policies.

At SmithAmundsen, Mary recommends modifications to existing programs, prepares financial reports, directs and reviews the firm budget, arranges audits for company accounts, and acts as an advisor regarding insurance and tax codes. In addition, she provides management with timely reviews of the firm’s financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
