Director of Human Resources and Professional Development

Molly is Director of Human Resources at SmithAmundsen. In her position, she oversees the entire human resources function for the firm, as well as managing the training program and continuing legal education program for all attorneys. She is a member of the Firm’s Diversity Task Force and also works closely with the Hiring Partner in recruiting new attorneys to the firm.

Molly brings over 12 years of experience to her role. Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, Molly held management positions in two other law firms.

Outside of the office, Molly volunteers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
