Tim Epstein Discusses Litigation Confronting NFL and Helmet Manufacturer During DRI Meeting 

Tim Epstein provided an analysis of the current multi-district litigation consolidated in Pennsylvania District Court attacking the NFL and football helmet manufacturer, Riddell, during the DRI Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA, on October 26, 2012. Tim, Chair of the firm’s Sports Law Practice Group, used his substantial amount of experience in sports law and commercial litigation to provide fellow attorneys from around the country with a thorough discussion of the various claims, medical monitoring, and class certification issues.
