Tim Epstein Participates as Panelist During Conference on Sports & Entertainment Law 

Tim Epstein participated in a series of panel discussions on Amateurism, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Current Topics in Sports Law during the Third Annual Conference on Sports and Entertainment Law on October 27, 2012. As Chair of the firm’s Sports Law Practice Group, Tim used his substantial amount of experience in sports law to provide guests with a thorough discussion on the various elements impacting the collective bargaining process and challenges to the NCAA's system of amateurism. Tim also discussed recent controversies in professional and amateur sports. The conference was hosted by Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
