, will host “Turning the Tables: How to Sue or Countersue an Employee,” on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 during a 90-minute webinar session. Jeff’s presentation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. CST.
During this session, Jeff will offer participants a realistic explanation on how employers can legally respond to a lawsuit filed by an employee or former employee. This presentation will help answer these questions by using real world examples and case law developments. Participants are eligible to receive 1.5 HRCI credits.
