Timothy Epstein, chair of the firm's Sports Law Practice Group,recorded a segment on WGN Radio's "Legally Speaking" on October 20, 2011. The segment wilI be hosted by Karen Conti and air this Sunday, October 23 at 8 p.m.

Tim will discuss the NBA lockout, tort liability in the sports setting in light of Dan Wheldon's (IRL race car driver) death, and NCAA compliance.
