, analyzes the various claims outlined in Lance Armstrong’s amended complaint in an August 7, 2012
Chicago Daily Law Bulletin
article. In his article, “Armstrong and USADA Go to Battle,” Tim examines the athlete’s response to the USADA charging letter requiring that Armstrong agree to arbitration proceedings on doping charges or face immediate sanctions. In his response, Armstrong presents a four-count complaint for Fifth Amendment procedural due process violations. Tim uses previous court decisions to illustrate how the court will consider these various charges.
