. Tim’s article is titled, “Title IX Needs Consideration of Scheduling." In his article, Tim recognizes that schools might need to refocus their efforts by adjusting how games are scheduled to meet Title IX requirements in light of recent court decisions. He suggests that schools look beyond the number of roster positions and allocation of funding in order to adequately meet the law’s requirements.
