Tim Epstein Discusses Athlete’s Possible Defamation Claim in CDLB Column

An April 3, 2012 article written by Tim Epstein, Chair of the firm’s Sports Law Practice Group, examines Reeves Nelson’s possible legal response after Sports Illustrated released an article attributing the recent decline of UCLA men’s basketball program to his objectionable behavior when he was a member of the basketball team.
