Tim Epstein published “Suits Show Products Liability Implications," in the March 6, 2012 Sporting Judgment column of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Tim’s article focuses on the product-liability claims recently brought against football helmet manufactuer, Riddell, Inc.

In his article, Tim addresses the challenges that the plaintiffs in the case face, but acknowledges the troubles the company has faced in the past when defending itself against similar claims. He also explains how the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement will play a role in determining how the plaintiffs’ case against the league and manufacturer is resolved.
