SmithAmundsen Announces the Addition of Craig Goode to Its Financial Services Practice
Chicago, IL, January 7, 2010 – SmithAmundsen LLC is pleased to announce that Craig Goode has joined the firm’s Chicago office as an attorney in its Finance and Corporate Lending Practice Group. Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, Mr. Goode acted as in house General Counsel for a Chicago real estate investment & management company, as well as a Chicago-based multimedia entertainment company.
Mr. Goode focuses his practice in business-related law including litigation, corporate formation, governance, transactions, real estate, tax assessment appeal, and trust and estate matters. He also has extensive experience in landlord-tenant issues, insurance defense, various tort liability issues, contracts/collections, as well as labor & employment law matters. Mr. Goode has worked on a variety of major transactions including all stages of purchasing major Chicago high-rise buildings. He is also versed in intellectual property experience including drafting patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
