article entitled, "NBA scouts keep eye on Kanter as he sits," for his work representing NCAA collegiate athlete, Enes Kanter. The article focuses on Kanter, a 6-foot-10 freshman on the Kentucky Wildcats' mens basketball team, who is unable to compete in March's NCAA tournament since becoming ineligible after the NCAA ruled that he accepted expenses over what were actual and necessary from a professional club team in his native Turkey. As Kanter's lawyer, Timothy's reasons for disputing this ruling are discussed at length.
