Tim Epstein Quoted in Chicago Daily Law Bulletin Article
February 23, 2012
Tim Epstein
, Chair of the firm’s Sports Law Practice Group, was quoted in an article published in the February 21, 2012 edition of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. The article, “West Virginia Finds Way to Leave Big East, Make Money,” discusses West Virginia’s recent departure from the Big East Conference and the university’s basis for filing a lawsuit against the conference. Tim explains why the football schools in the conference have become discontent with its structure. He notes, “Football schools within the Big East are upset because they feel like they're second-class citizens even though they're making first-class money.”
