Jeffrey Risch Quoted in Illinois Business Journal
Jeffrey Risch
, Chair of the firm’s
Labor and Employment Practice Group
, was recently quoted in the November 2011 print edition of the Illinois Business Journal. Jeffrey's commentary adds insight to the new rule implemented by the National Labor Relations Board requiring most private employers to display a poster that informs workers of their right to form a union. His commentary is found on page three of
Southwestern Illinois Banking & Finance
issue, Vol.12, No.2.
In the article titled, “NLRB Delays Posting Rule Until 2012, Local Attorneys Suggest Open Shops Put Up Their Own Poster,” Jeffrey discusses the rationale behind the new rule and the proactive measures businesses can take in order to educate their employees about the benefits of working in a non-union business setting.
