SmithAmundsen’s Labor & Employment attorneys handle all activities and disputes arising from business related immigration issues. We offer clients skilled, practical, and experienced counsel and support to assist with employment strategies for temporary and permanent immigration issues for executive, managerial, and professional level employees in a wide range of visa categories, labor certification (PERM), and employment authorization. We also work with clients to establish internal corporate compliance procedures such as Social Security no-match letters, advice on I-9s, and I-9 audits.
