On February 19, 2010,  a member of the firm's Insurance Services Practice Group presented "Deposition Testimony: Preparation and Pitfalls," at the Illinois Association of Arson Investigator's 2010 Northern Zone Fire Investigation Seminar. Participants went through preparation for deposition and testifying in the courtroom. Proper demeanor, proper CV completion, how to avoid pitfalls during testimony, and how to recover from testimonies were discussed.
