On Friday, November 6, 2009, Mike Cortina, a partner in the firm's Finance and Corporate Lending practice, gave a presentation on foreclosures for bank personnel in McHenry, IL. Mike spoke on how foreclosure cases work, discussed the problems can arise if certain procedures are not followed, and explained what must be done to avoid foreclosure complications and cases in general.
