On October 9, 2009, Carmel Cosgrave and Jennifer Stuart, both members of SmithAmundsen's Health Care Practice Group, spoke at the Chicagoland Healthcare Risk Management Society's (CHRMS) Annual Law Day Seminar entitled, “On the Uneven Road from Incident to (Mock) Trial to Verdict.”
Carmel Cosgrave participated in a panel discussion on trial strategy and jury issues and Jennifer gave a presentation on “Pretrial Considerations: Motions for Summary Judgment, Motions in Limine, and Apparent Agency.”
