Overview
Federal and State Laws are constantly changing. From the Employee Free Choice Act, to recent changes to Illinois’ Human Rights Act, employers of all sizes need to know the absolute latest changes in labor and employment law. This seminar is designed to not only identify and summarize recent labor and employment law developments, but to also offer attendees an insight on how to amend workplace policies while preserving the ability to effectively manage in light of such changes. Substantial and significant Federal and Illinois labor and employment laws from January 1, 2009 forward will be presented, along with a glimpse of what’s on the near horizon.
