Jeffrey Glass, an attorney in the firm's Rockford, IL office, recently wrote an article for the Rockford Chamber of Commerce's publication, The Voice. In his article, "A Short Primer on Non-compete Agreements," Jeffrey discusses the enforceability of restrictive covenants. He also gives an overview of factors courts consider when deciding whether to enforce non-compete clauses and provides pointers for dealing with common practical issues that arise.
