Daniel is an associate in the St. Charles office of SmithAmundsen. His current practice concentrates on premises liability litigation, school law matters, construction litigation, and transportation litigation, including automobile, trucking, and pedestrian matters. He is licensed to practice in Illinois. He is an experienced trial attorney, having tried cases to verdict in many Illinois venues including Kane County, DuPage County and Will County. Daniel has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 Illinois Super Lawyers© magazine list of “Rising Stars*” in Illinois.
While in law school, Daniel was a member of the International Environmental Moot Court Team and Tulane Sports Law Moot Court Team. He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Council and interned at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Daniel currently serves as the General Counsel for the Kane County Bar Association. In his free time, Daniel is a member of the Medinah Shriners and is active in raising funds for Shriners Hospitals for Children.
